Three years pass by and Vicky decides to meet Dr. Seema again and asks her if she can help him fulfill his promise. He soon discovers that Dr. Seema's sister-in-law is infertile and wants a baby very badly. He agrees to donate his sperm, but as soon as he sees Neha (Yami Gautam) for the first time he falls in love with her and begins to have feelings for her. However, Neha's sister-in-law is intent on breaking her and her baby away from Vicky and tries to convince Neha to turn against the one man who has given them a chance at happiness.The film was shot primarily in Mumbai; however, certain scenes were shot in Washington D.C., California and New York City as well as New Zealand. The music and background score is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The soundtrack rights were bought out by T-Series for a record 27 crore (US$5 million) and the film's soundtrack was released on June 2015 under the title "Vicky Donor: Superhit Songs".
